The skylark is a species belonging to the family of Alaudidae.
The skylark loves open spaces. In cultivated area, a mosaic of cultures, composed of fallow land, grassland and spring cereals is very favorable. Covered in sparse vegetation, with a height of less than 50 cm it is preferable to nest. Migration and wintering, she attended the stubble, the oilseed rape plants, beets and plowing.
It breeds from the dunes and tidal marshes to the alpine meadows, rising to over 2000 meters. But it is mainly grown in the plains of the northern half of France that the breeding populations are concentrated.
